Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling of reservation: Note: All rental reservations are subject to a non-refundable deposit if a cruise is canceled or rescheduled. Cancellation with less than 14 days prior to the trip will result in a charge for the full amount of the charter ($600/hr). Rescheduling more than 14 days prior to the reservation is permitted. Customer must submit reschedule or cancellation requests to Marissa Charters via email to BayCruises@marissacharters.com. We are sorry for the strict cancellation/rescheduling policy but we only have one boat and the charter slots are in high demand.
***We understand coordination may be difficult but we will allow only one rescheduling of more than 14 days prior to the scheduled cruise date, the second rescheduling will require a new deposit.***
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, a one-hour rain check deposit will be taken and will be valid to use toward a future cruise for up the three months from the date of the canceled cruise.
